The Session

      Enter your mind

In an induced hypnotic trance you have power that would surprise you! Power over your mind and body.

The conscious mind, that part of your brain functions you are aware of, is a small part of what your mind does every day.

Your subconscious mind keeps your heart and lungs working, adjusts your body temperature, activates and directs your immune system, analyzes data, controls your reflex reactions and even makes choices for you.

In fact, your subconscious mind is aware of what you are going to do six (6) seconds before you do it! People who can access that, amaze others with their abilities.

Hypnosis is simply getting fully in touch with yourself

As I guide you into trance, your mind starts fully bridging the Corpus Collosum, the barrier between the left and right side of your brain. There are millions of connections possible through this barrier, but it has limited ability to pass information back and forth while in a "normal" state. But when you go into an induced trance, these potential connections become very active! All of a sudden, information travels back and forth effortlessly. This is proven by fMRI brain imaging.

Going into trance is quite natural and you will find that it makes you feel great. It is also very easy for the client. You only have to relax, listen to my voice and follow my instructions. You do not even have to try to do anything, because your mind already knows how to do everything! If you "try" at any point, like "try" to help me, "try" to follow instructions or whatever, you will be sabotaging the process.

How is that? Well, in order to "try" to do something, you have to engage the conscious mind and that will take you out of trance.

In contrast, if you simply accept my instructions and the work we are doing, you will be making the session more powerful.

Clinical hypnosis is a cooperative effort. We will be working together, as a team, to make the changes needed to overcome whatever problem you have come to me to solve.

However, the way hypnosis works, you have not only the ability, but the right, to reject anything for any reason. or, no reason at all.

Should I use a word you do not understand, or present a concept you do not get, it is your responsibility to ask for clarification. Do not open your eyes, or come out of trance, simply ask me to explain the word you did not understand, or the concept I am presenting.

That's it! Very simple and straight forward.

Also, anything you are not comfortable with, let me know immediately! Anything that makes you uncomfortable is going to interfere with the process. Everyone has different things that will make them uncomfortable, so we must work together here also.

When told the client is not comfortable with something, it is my job to stop using that technique and discuss the issue with the client. Sometimes, just explaining what is going on makes the client relax so they can do the work. Sometimes, they just are not going to be comfortable continuing, so I must implement another protocol in order to achieve what we are trying to accomplish.

It is no big deal and I have lots of protocols to use to bypass this.

Now, lets talk about the type of work we will be doing. In person, remote via video chat or residential.
