As a life coach, I have helped people with many different issues.
The bottom line is always the same, to teach the client and provide the tools and knowledge for success.
Among those tools is their own Subconscious Mind, (SCM), which is the most powerful instrument of change ever.
I teach them how to communicate with it, so they can direct their own lives and accomplish anything they want.
It is much like handing them the instruction book for life.
I have coached people in many different areas of their lives. Business, finding the right partner in life or love, achieving the full potential of the client and changing their entire life for the better.
Life coaching is different than hypnosis, in that there is a lot more than hypnosis involved.
A typical session (if there is one) would be to draw out the clients situation, ideals and goals.
Once the goals are properly established, I start with arming the client to achieve the best results in their chosen endeavor.
In a business coaching situation, that would include tools for examining the markets, customer profiles, assets in place, assets needed, business planning and implementation, plan adjustment and focus on that plan.
For each of these things, I hand them the tools to successfully accomplish the tasks involved.
This is an ongoing process. At each stage, the clients abilities are enhanced to address any part they are not already good at.
This can include anything. Motivation, follow through, doing away with procrastination, recognizing opportunity and creating opportunity among them.
I help the client adjust their filters so they never miss a potential opportunity because they did not recognize it.
I teach them to see things they would have missed, by adjusting their thought processes to work best in their particular environment.
I teach them to properly examine each situation, on the fly, so they make the right decisions quickly and efficiently.
Whatever is holding them back, I help them clear up or remove in order to allow them to proceed with clarity and confidence.
I retired (the first time) at 38 years old. I was able to do that for several reasons.
First, I know what it takes, because I was well trained, coached and mentored by the best.
Second, I got lucky.
Much like opportunity, we create our own luck.
